Founded in 2017, Reverie Construction began as a small, family-run business with a mission to bring high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to the Florida construction market. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted name in luxury home restoration, water mitigation, and commercial projects across Florida and surrounding states. With our deep expertise in handling complex insurance claims, mold remediation, and large-scale renovations, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and premium results. Today, we’re proud to be licensed in multiple states, including Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Alabama, and Georgia, serving high-net-worth clients and large property owners with the same dedication and commitment that have defined us from the start.
Grzegorz (Greg) Rej
Managing Member - CFO
Greg founded Reverie Construction LLC in 2016, bringing decades of experience in the trades to the company. He began his career in 1988 while attending Wayne State University and became a licensed builder in 1998.
As the qualifying officer for Reverie in Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, and Alabama, Greg ensures the company meets the highest industry standards across multiple states.
Under Greg’s leadership, Reverie Construction is focused on expanding its reach throughout the Southeast while growing its presence in the private commercial and government sectors. Together with his partners and staff, Greg is dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and fostering long-term client relationships.
Daniel Kirk
Partner - COO
Daniel worked alongside Reverie since 2019 and became a partner in the company in 2023.
His extensive background in Marketing, Business, and Logistics has helped Reverie expand its customer base and reach throughout several construction markets.
His focus on detail, and commitment to having Reverie and its contractors provide outstanding quality work and service has been one of the driving forces behind our company's ability to grow.
Eric Hutchison
Lead Field Supervisor
Panama city - Pensacola
Eric started with Reverie Construction in 2019 as a carpenter and quickly moved into a supervisory position.
His knowledge of construction and ability to work with people (Crews, subcontractors and customers) was instrumental in allowing Reverie to take on increasingly larger projects while simultaneously expanding its reach across the Panhandle.
Melissa Newell
Office Manager & Accounts Payable
Melissa joined Reverie Construction in February 2024, bringing 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her expertise has been instrumental in streamlining office operations and improving communication between the field team and Reverie’s customers, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Known for her sharp sense of humor, Melissa keeps the office atmosphere light while maintaining exceptional professionalism. Her dedication and organizational skills are key to Reverie’s success in delivering quality projects and outstanding customer service.
Ricardo M. Reyes
Multi-Regional Project Manager
Originally from Arizona, Ricardo Came to Reverie from the Southwest to assist with Commercial Construction, Multi-Family accounts, and customers located in central Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
Ricardo was brought on to help develop and service accounts Outside of the Florida Panhandle with the goal of helping Reverie open new offices throughout the southeast.
Rodney Brooks
Regional Operations Supervisor
Rodney has extensive experience in the construction industry. After leaving the Military (USMC) Rodney has worked as an electrician, carpenter and Superintendent.
His experience in both construction and the military has been instrumental in keeping Reveries project's running on time and on budget
